We collect information to make your shopping and browsing experience enjoyable.

Order information such as your name, billing address, delivery address, email address and phone number are collected in order to deliver the products that you order and to contact you regarding your order if necessary.

These details are retained for record keeping purposes.

Other information we may collect from time to time includes comments and survey responses to better serve you with new designs and website developments.

Emails

If you elect to sign up for our newsletter or decide to become a member either now or in the future we will collect your name, and email address that is added to our mailing list. We only use your email address to send information about new products, specials, promotions, news and events.

To remove yourself from the mailing list just click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails. Should you continue to receive emails (unlikely) please send an email directly to support@bfreealpine.com and ask for its removal.

Traffic

Traffic detail and data such as page views and links clicked are collected via Google analytics to understand the products and services that are working for you and improve your site experience.

The Bfree alpine site contains hyperlinks to other sites both locally and overseas. Bfree Alpine cannot be responsible for the data protection and privacy practices of these linked locations and encourage you to read the privacy policies of all sites you visit.

Yes we use cookies

Cookies are data bits used to improve the bfree alpine experience for example, used to help our shopping system register and remember products placed in your cart.
