We want you to be happy, so here’s what you need to do if you’re not.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. Yep 25 days and let us know the problem.
You can email us at email@example.com with all relevant details including the order number. Please include a digital image of the damage and we’ll quickly assess the situation and send a return location to send the goods.
We’ll package a fresh product and send it out promptly.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on your order. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled.
When ordering did you check the size guide found in the shop description of each t-shirt?
Although we do not normally return goods that have been chosen incorrectly we judge each case on its merits when they rarely arise. Let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what can be done.

Color Not As Expected:
Every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in store however we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Therefore, we cannot return goods based on color matching expectation.
All shipping & handling charges are non-refundable, unless the product is deemed to have a manufacturing defect.
